This is about an unusual romance between two people who help to heal each other's emotional trauma. It stars Kim Soo-hyun and Seo Ye-ji. Kim Soo-Hyun plays Moon Kang-Tae: a calm, caring, and considerate employee at a psychiatric ward. Part of his job includes writing down the patients' conditions and dealing with unexpected situations like if a patient decides to escape the ward. He earns roughly 1.8 million won which ia $1,600 USD monthly. Seo Ye-ji plays a woman who's a famous children's writer with a social disorder that is typically seen by others as being rude. So, to start off I've only seen the first eight episodes and I can't wait to see how this unfolds!! This drama tackles a lot of hard-hitting topics and will still surprise you! It's been awhile since a korean-drama has surprised me (you can guess how many I've seen) so this was a pleasant surprise. I HIGHLY recommend watching it. Especially if you were a fan of Itaewon Class! Like most korean-dramas, the side characters are just as loveable and quirky as the main leads. My favorite one so far is Kim Mi-Kyoung who is portrayed by Kang Soon-Duk. You might remember her from The Heirs and Healer! I also love the characters Park Gyu-Young and Kim Joo-Hun! I adore their banter and the way you can see Kim Joo-Hun does care a lot about Park Gyu-Young despite the fact that Park tells her mother, Kim Mi-Kyoung how horrible he is. Even her mother sensed something more would happen between the two. This was the spoiler-free version and once this show is done airing I'll be doing a complete review on my thoughts throughout the show! If you'd like to stay updated, feel free to follow the blog! What are your thoughts so far? (episodes 1-7) . Got a K-drama you'd like me to review ? Leave your suggestions in the comments!
